Flu season is essentially a white sugar season

One of the most striking educational videos I saw was by Sherri. She's an expert on vaccinations and their dangers. What she explains is something every regular doctor and nurse should share with their patients. They should even show it in schools and on television. Make patients aware of their eating habits and lifestyle.
Sherri: "The flu fully develops in January and February. Why is that? It starts as early as October with Halloween, Thanksgiving, Sinterklaas (Belgium/Netherlands), Christmas, New Year's, and some people also celebrate birthdays.
Bad food
This is a period of poorer eating habits with lots of sweets, lots of food, unhealthy food, alcohol, etc.
More stress
It's also a time of increased stress. Buying gifts, preparing for the party, shopping, organizing, spending money, etc. all create more stress in the body.
Dark days
This is also a period of long, dark days, with little light and little sunshine. Vitamin D, vitamin C, and magnesium levels drop dramatically. Stress, sugar, and nutrient deficiencies are very acidic for your body and weaken your immune system. And when your immune system is weakened and your body becomes more acidic, bacteria and viruses have the opportunity to develop.
In January, there's less stress. The shopping, snacking, drinking, and eating are over. The immune system is exhausted and severely weakened. It can no longer function properly and says, "I've had enough."
Smiling she says:
Did you know that flu season is white sugar season?
And do you really think you need a flu shot because you ate too much sugar? Your body is already so weakened, and then you get injected with a vaccine containing heavy metals and harmful chemicals? You're not going to do that. You'll find all sorts of resources on vaccinations in my book.
Unfortunately, the original video has been censored and I can't find it anywhere. But the text has been translated from the original video.
Vaccinations contain substances that are not very safe. "Educate before you vaccinate."
