The coronavirus measures in 2020/2021 bear a striking resemblance to this report. The report seems more like an agenda and a plan for the future. Harry Vox found this document and immediately understood that it was an agenda, not a scenario. His video only really took off when the coronavirus pandemic broke out.
Popular. In the October 2014 interview , Harry reads a page from the Rockefeller "Lockstep" report. He also provides some explanation of the text .
The blue is what is in the Lockstep report.
The black is what Harry explains.
Harry Vox: I have a document here from the Rockefeller Foundation, published in 2010. These are future scenarios for technology and international development. It's about 50 pages long. Look at page 18. The title is "Lockstep":
LOCKSTEP
A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen repression. In 2012, the pandemic the world had been anticipating for years finally struck. Unlike the H1N1 of 2009, this new flu strain (Harry Vox: they're talking about Ebola) originated in wild geese, is exceptionally virulent and deadly.
Even the countries most prepared for a pandemic were quickly overwhelmed as the virus spread across the globe, infecting nearly 20 percent of the world's population and killing 8 million people in just seven months, the majority of them healthy young adults.
Harry Vox: You can clearly see the agenda here; the bare, rough agenda is written down here. Whether it's written specifically, a current assignment, or whether they're now incorporating this into their network, it doesn't matter. This is the plan, as it's written here.
The stories have to be written in advance, because the intelligence agencies don't know how to do this. They need help. So organizations like the Rockefeller Foundation can create these stories. Don't think these organizations are there to help you.
The pandemic also had a deadly effect on economies, halting the international movement of both people and goods, crippling industries like tourism and disrupting global supply chains, even locally.
Harry Vox: That's what they want. They want a completely isolated world. Of course, they don't want tourism. They want you at home watching TV, because then they can brainwash you and possess your soul.
Normally bustling shops and office buildings stood empty for months, devoid of both employees and customers. The pandemic engulfed the planet—although disproportionate numbers of people died in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Central America, where the virus spread like wildfire in the absence of official containment protocols.
Harry Vox: It sounds like a monologue from a disaster movie. Now, with the next sentence, it gets really funny.
But even in developed countries, containment proved challenging. The United States' initial policy of "strongly discouraging" citizens from flying proved fatally lenient, accelerating the spread of the virus not only within the US but across borders. A few countries, however, fared better, most notably China.
The Chinese government's rapid imposition and enforcement of mandatory quarantine for all citizens, as well as the immediate and near-hermetic closure of all borders, has saved millions of lives,
stopped the spread of the virus much sooner than in other countries and ensured a faster recovery after the pandemic.
Harry Vox: This means we should follow the example of the strict Chinese regime when a disaster strikes. The ruling class loves the Chinese regime. They truly embody capitalism.

The Chinese government wasn't alone in taking extreme measures to protect its citizens from risk and exposure. During the pandemic, national leaders around the world overextended their authority and imposed tight rules and restrictions, from mandatory face masks to temperature checks at the entrances to common areas like train stations and supermarkets.
Harry Vox: When you read this, you really see that this is the agenda they want.
But this is already happening very subtly. Like in the subways. This means they're building a system, and with every step you take, you have to pass them. You're constantly being monitored. What you're reading here is a dragnet for everything. The next sentence makes it even better. Even after the pandemic subsided, this more authoritarian control and surveillance of citizens and their activities persisted and even intensified.
Harry Vox: This is what it's all about. This also happened on 9/11. It's been 14 years, and they're still maintaining those drastic measures. There's no more Ebola, but we're still maintaining the infrastructure there. It's public oversight. It's, as Alex Jones also says, pure control.
To protect themselves from the spread of increasingly global problems—from pandemics and transnational terrorism to environmental crises and rising poverty—leaders around the world have taken a firmer grip on power.
Harry Vox: What does rising poverty have to do with population control? It's just some strange stuff written here.
Initially, the idea of a more controlled world gained widespread acceptance and approval.
Harry Vox: Nobody wants to be in this situation.
Citizens voluntarily surrendered some of their sovereignty—and their privacy—to more paternalistic states in exchange for greater security and stability. Citizens were more tolerant, and even eager, for top-down control and supervision, and national leaders had more freedom to impose order as they saw fit.
Harry Vox: This is ridiculous. If you give up your freedom for some security, you're not going to get either. They have absolutely no shame writing something like that.
Harry Vox September 2020: Ask yourself... have I done my part to spread the word? If you're not actively helping to open people's minds, start now! Time is running out. This revolution won't be found on TV, Facebook, or any of those slimy, Zionist "news" networks (mainstream media).
This revolution will have to happen person to person, friend to friend, brother to sister, sister to brother, parent to child, child to parent. This revolution is for the soul of humanity. This revolution will live on in our hearts.
