How do you know which foods are healthy?

The tips we offer here come from various naturopaths and physicists. These days, people no longer know what's healthy and what's not. We're so intoxicated that you really need to do a study to know whether something is healthy or not. But we offer useful tips that will help you recognize many things.



We'll start with a video of Dr. Vandana Shiva, a physicist, explaining that anything made by hand is real food. Anything made in a factory is NOT food. The government calls it progress when manual labor disappears. This is actually regression, because our food is being poisoned.

How do you recognize real food from fake food? And what is healthy food?


1-Eat food that can rot.

Real food attracts microorganisms.

If you leave any fresh fruit or vegetables in a bowl, they will rot and mold. They immediately attract microorganisms.


A processed hamburger that you leave on the cupboard can last a long time without rotting or becoming moldy.


2-Sun

Eat food that has been exposed to sunlight


3-Farmer's food

Food that goes straight from the farm to the store is real food. But food that goes from the farm to a factory and lab is processed food. This is called a product. A product is from someone who wants to make money and has no interest in your health.


4-Advertising

Avoid foods you've seen in advertisements. These are products processed in a factory or laboratory. Do you see a lot of ads for melons or exotic fruits?


5-Food from factories

As Dr. Vandana Shiva says in the video above, processed foods from factories are not real food.


5- Read the ingredients

If you are holding a jar of food or supplements, make sure that when you read the ingredients that they are raw materials:

1-Those that come from nature.

2-You must be able to pronounce the names.

3. Are the words vague, like "flavors"? Then it's synthetic.

4-Where the sun has shone.

Has the sun shone on a sweetener?



Beware of deception!!!!

-Supermarkets' fruits and vegetables (including coffee) contain pesticides.

Supplements with fancy packaging. Pretty or not. READ the ingredients.


Meat, fish, and dairy products from supermarkets are processed with antibiotics, preservatives, colorings, vacuum-packed, etc.

--> rather buy halal meat or organic meat

-Are the packaging hormone disruptors or made of glass?


Medicines and vaccines: These are distributed by a man/woman in a white coat. A trusted person is being misled by poisonous substances.


READ THE INGREDIENTS! And don't just trust anyone. Do the ingredients come from nature, as mentioned above? Or did they come from a lab? Is it chemical and synthetic? Anything from a lab or factory will make you sick.
