Foreword
In recent decades, we've been bombarded with toxins. They poison us with fluoride, glyphosate, additives, sugar, sweeteners, chemicals, synthetics, graphene oxide, heavy metals, other metals, hormone disruptors, PFAS (Fragrance-Assisted Chemicals), and so on.
It is a tsunami of toxins that acidifies and pollutes our bodies.
An acidic body is prone to disease. People suffer massively from acidification, fungi, and parasites without even realizing it.
The Greek physician Hippocrates and the Persian physician Avicenna spoke about bodily humors and blood.
Dr. Robert Young (biologist) says there is only one disease: "acidification."
Dr. Sebi (herbal healer) says there is only one disease "Mucus"
They all talk about bodily fluids. Too much acidity causes mucus. So both healers agree that there's only one disease, and that's "acidity." Both healers therefore emphasize the importance of eating and drinking more alkaline foods and drinks.

The Greek physician Hippocrates and the Persian physician Avicenna both spoke of phlegm and blood.
Avicenna is the founder of Traditional Persian Medicine (c. 981-1037). Traditional Persian Medicine is a combination of the best medical teachings from Greece, Arab countries, India, China, and Persia. He is sometimes called the prince of medicine.
In traditional Persian medicine, the physiological functions of the human body are believed to be based on seven factors. One of these factors is the Four Humors (humors).
Each body fluid is also assigned to a specific temperament:
1-Blood --> warm and moist
2-Phlegm --> cold and damp
3-Black bile --> cold and dry
4-Yellow bile --> warm and dry
If these juices are out of balance you can develop symptoms.

The Greek physician Hippocrates (born in Cos in 460 BC) developed the humors in his teachings . Avicenna studied his theory and integrated it into traditional Persian medicine. Hippocrates is called the father of medicine.
Dr. Sebi (born 1933-2016) talking about phlegm isn't new. This herbal healer has certainly done thorough research.

Dr. Robert Young says: There is only one disease and that is ACIDOSIS of the body
Dr. Robert O. Young (biologist): What is acidosis? What is acidification?
Dr. Robert also talks about cell environment and body fluids

What are the benefits of drinking alkaline, electron-rich, functionally structured water? 70-80% of the population suffers from some form of acidosis and dehydration, and this manifests as a symptom.
Most doctors call them different diseases, but in reality, they all have the same cause, says Dr. Young. There's only one disease, and it's called acidosis.
Acids are biological waste products of our metabolism. Where do acids come from?
-Acids of your metabolism
-Acids from your food, drinks and products (toxins)
-Acids from exercise
-Acids of stress
-Acids of cellular transformation
-Acids from bacteria and fungi
-Acids from your environment
The body will always try to create alkalinity. It has an alkaline buffering system to neutralize acids, and this begins in the stomach.
The stomach produces sodium bicarbonate to deacidify the body. It does need water and salt to do this. But if you're polluted, acidic, or don't drink enough water every day, and your doctor tells you to eat less salt, you won't be able to deacidify properly. You need pure, organic salt for the alkaline buffer to work. A lack of salt and pure water makes it harder for your body to deacidify.
If we're too acidic, our excretory ducts can become blocked, preventing the acids from being removed in a timely manner (breath, sweat, urine, bowel movements). This is how diseases develop. He explains the 7 stages of acidosis. This is how diseases develop. WELL EXPLAINED!

See Dr. Robert Young's nutritional advice. This advice can make your body alkaline and can also detoxify your body.
Dr. Sebi said in the last century that there is only one disease and that is too much "mucus"
Dr. Sebi said: Mucus is the cause of every disease. Eliminate the mucus and you eliminate the disease. I think Dr. Sebi has done his research well regarding acidity, body fluids, and mucus.

Dr. Sebi shed light on mucus as a cause of disease and introduced a revolutionary approach to health through cleansing and alkalinity.
Dr. Sebi taught us that excess mucus is "the root of all disease." When the body is in an acidic state, it produces excess mucus to protect itself, but this buildup can lead to blockages in vital organs and systems. Dr. Sebi taught us that by addressing the underlying acidity and reducing mucus through an alkaline lifestyle, the body can naturally heal itself and achieve optimal health.
HOW EVERY DISEASE RESULTS FROM EXCESSIVE MUCOUSNESS
-If the mucus goes to the lungs, they call it pneumonia
-If the mucus goes to your bronchi, they call it BRONCHITIS
-When the mucus comes up to your nostrils, they call it SINUSITUS
-If the mucus is in the pancreatic duct, it is DIABETES
-When the mucus goes to the joints, they call it ARTHRITIS
-Etc...
Breathing problems : Asthma: Excess mucus narrows the bronchial tubes, causing inflammation and symptoms such as wheezing and shortness of breath. Bronchitis: Mucus production increases in response to irritation or infection, leading to persistent coughing as the body tries to clear the airways. Pneumonia: The body becomes too acidic, causing inflammatory responses. Acidity creates inflammation.
Digestive Problems IBS: Excess mucus can cause irritation and inflammation in the intestines, leading to symptoms such as abdominal pain, cramping and irregular bowel movements.
Leaky Gut Syndrome: An overproduction of mucus can damage the intestinal lining, creating tiny holes in the intestinal barrier through which undigested food particles, toxins, and pathogens can enter the bloodstream, triggering an immune response and systemic inflammation.
Acid reflux: Excess mucus often forms in response to an acidic environment, further irritating the esophagus and contributing to symptoms such as heartburn and reflux.
Cardiovascular Disease High Blood Pressure: When excess mucus builds up, it can lead to systemic inflammation that damages the lining of blood vessels, making them less flexible and forcing the heart to work harder to pump blood.
Atherosclerosis: Chronic inflammation and buildup can also promote plaque formation in the arteries, restricting blood flow and increasing the risk of heart disease.
Heart attack and stroke: In severe cases, plaque can break loose, causing blockages that can lead to a heart attack or stroke.
Chronic Infections Sinusitis: When mucus is overproduced, it can block the nasal passages and sinus cavities, preventing proper drainage and creating an ideal environment for bacteria and viruses to thrive.
Ear Infections: Excess mucus can build up in the Eustachian tube, which connects the middle ear to the throat.
Chronic cough: A buildup of mucus in the airways irritates the lining of the airways, triggering a reflex to clear the airways.

The Root of All Disease: What Dr. Sebi Said About Mucus
Videos
Dr. Sebi talked a lot about Irish moss (Sea moss). In this video, he explains what real Irish moss looks like. He also lists its benefits.

Dr. Sebi:
There 's one disease, so there's one cure. How do you heal from illness? You detox every cell. You perform an intracellular cleansing.
Dr. Sebi spoke a lot about burdock root (Burdock)
