Mike Adams (America)
After so many years of research, he concludes that many heavy metals can be found in our food, drinks, products, medicines, vaccines and even supplements.
He said in a video that 1/5 of the world's population dies from the food they buy in supermarkets because it is full of additives, pesticides, acids, heavy metals and chemicals.
We make a distinction between essential and non-essential metals.
Essential metals
Mike Adams: Our bodies need essential metals. Essential metals are nutrients: these are substances with a biological function that the human body needs, but that we don't produce ourselves, such as iron, zinc, copper, and manganese. We must ingest these metals through food, where they are naturally present. Only an overdose can be toxic.
Non-essential metals (Heavy metals)
Our bodies do NOT need non-essential metals . These include mercury, lead, cadmium, barium, thallium, aluminum, and arsenic. Because of their high density, these are also called heavy metals. Heavy metals are found in water, air, soil, and rocks.
It is generally accepted that exposure to heavy metals in large doses has harmful effects on living organisms and the environment.
Excessive metal poisoning has been associated with, among other things:
-Lyme disease
-Multiple sclerosis
-All kinds of muscle problems
-Fibromyalgia
-Chronic fatigue
-Depression
-Cancer
-Heart problems
-Intestinal problems
-All kinds of vague symptoms
-Neurological problems
-Alzheimer
-Autism
-ADHD
-Dementia
-Various autoimmune diseases
In short, heavy metals disrupt your nervous system, cardiovascular system, hormones, immune system, cells, and cellular metabolism. They can also damage your brain, blood, lungs, kidneys, liver, and other organs.
What we need to understand, however, is that even low-level exposure to heavy metals can adversely affect our health over time.
Nearly everyone encounters heavy metals daily, without even realizing it. They don't realize that they can also encounter these toxic substances in many other ways. When heavy metals are present in the human body, they serve no beneficial role.
They do this partly by binding to proteins in the body that would otherwise be activated by normally occurring minerals like magnesium and zinc. This causes massive cellular interference, oxidative stress, and chronic inflammation. This creates an inflammatory response in the body.
Metals are therefore very acidic and poisonous for our bodies.
You can develop acute metal poisoning shortly after exposure. This causes severe symptoms that are easily recognizable.
You can also develop chronic toxic metal overload . This happens much more slowly and subtly. Over time, you develop vague symptoms, so you don't connect the dots that your body has a metal overload.
Chronic toxic metal exposure is therefore the most common. You can't imagine all the things they put heavy metals in. The biggest scandal is definitely the vaccines, conventional medications, and chemtrails.
Mercury, cadmium and aluminium in particular have a very addictive effect on the body.
That is why many patients are addicted to medications such as Xanax, antidepressants, painkillers, etc. Taking medication does not always have to do with healing.
At the same time, they're also very harmful to us. Heavy metals are no better than cocaine, heroin, meth, or other hard drugs. And they cause especially serious neurological problems.

How do heavy metals enter our bodies?
Heavy metals are present all around us in various forms. Here are some of the most common ways we can be exposed to heavy metals:
By ingestion:
• Coffee (cadmium)
• Tobacco
• Chewing gum
• Foods
• Food additives
• Care products such as Nivea and deodorant (aerosol cans)
• Vaccinations (mercury, aluminum) (adults + children)
• Medicines (mercury, aluminum) (adults + children)
• Large oily fish such as salmon, tuna or swordfish
• Dental filling: amalgam fillings made of mercury
• Metals that you inhale are also very harmful
• Water from mines and industries and other sewage water
• Lead pipes. So drinking water can contain lead. (Some countries have copper pipes, but too much copper is also harmful.)
Due to exposure:
• Paint
• Petrol
• Batteries
• Toys
• Air pollution (CHEMTRAILS)
• Building materials
• Energy saving light bulbs (when they break)
• Pesticides such as pesticides
• Mercury thermometers (when they break)
• Hygiene products and conventional cosmetics
• Aluminum cookware or cookware containing other heavy metals

Coffee withdrawal symptoms
Did you know that coffee contains a lot of acids and heavy metals? And many types of coffee contain the heavy metal cadmium . This is because the coffee plants are treated with pesticides , which is how cadmium ends up in your coffee.
In fact, you are addicted to the cadmium, not the caffeine.
Imagine what happens when you stop drinking coffee? Withdrawal symptoms can range from severe headaches to migraines. Some people experience intense muscle aches, severe flu-like symptoms, and nausea. Your gut flora becomes disrupted.
People who are sensitive to candida can develop it again. You also become very tired and dizzy. Your vision becomes blurred, and it's even advised not to drive during this withdrawal period.

Heavy metals are hard on the human body (animals too) and cause a long list of ailments
That's why they're called "heavy" metals. They're also difficult to remove from the body. They usually end up in the brain and intestines.
You can only remove heavy metals with binders . Binders grab the heavy metals and remove them from your body. You can't just remove them with a healthy smoothie.
See the blog for all the binders. Binders are natural, powerful clays and herbs that can remove heavy metals. See the blog for binders.
Heavy metals cause diseases and symptoms such as:
Neurological problems
-Autism
-Alzheimer
-Dementia
-ADHD
-Difficulty focusing
-IQ is declining
-etc.....
Intestinal problems
-Inflammations in the intestines and throughout the body
-Stomach problems
-Intestinal problems
-Digestive problems
-Fungi and parasites
-Etc...
All kinds of problems
-No energy
-No motivation
-Not in the mood to do things
-cancer
-Liver and kidney problems
-Pregnancy problems-miscarriages
-Nausea
-Bloated feeling
-Migraine / headache
-Chronic fatigue
-Allergies
-Depression
-Mood swings
-Insomnia
-Painful joints
-Muscle twitches
-Poor circulation
The list is endless... ...
