Foreword

As you know, I've started an online store selling organic herbs, salts, teas, clays, resins, dental products, and more. We're so bombarded with toxins that's why I started the online store. I want to make people as healthy as possible. And the online store with organic ingredients was a brilliant idea.


For years, we've heard that eating too much salt causes health problems. You can't possibly get sick from NATURAL salt because it's packed with minerals. It actually promotes health. What can make you sick is processed table salt.

The doctors below will explain why. It's quite shocking.

Salt is essential for life. If we don't eat salt, we can die. The salt must be NATURAL. If the salt isn't natural, you can get sick from the processed salt. Natural salt contains valuable minerals that we need.


Today, modern refineries have chemically altered most salt, making it dangerous for human consumption. More and more naturopaths and researchers are speaking out about the harms and dangers of table salt.

Dr. Edward Group: Salt is a wonderful and essential mineral. It's a key element in maintaining the proper mineral balance in virtually all living things on Earth.


In fact, every cell in our body needs salt. Our bodies depend on salt to maintain healthy bone density, healthy circulation, and stabilized blood sugar levels. But how can something so miraculous and natural become a poison?


Table salt is made by taking natural salt (or leftover raw oil flakes) and boiling it at 1200° Fahrenheit. Once raw salt is heated to this temperature, it begins to lose most of the eighty essential elements found in nature.


What kind of rubbish is in table salt?

Synthetic chemicals have been added to commonly purchased iodized salts, available in supermarkets or on the table at your favorite restaurant. These chemicals include everything from manufactured forms of sodium solo-co-aluminate, iodide, sodium bicarbonate, fluoride, anti-caking agents, toxic amounts of potassium iodide, and aluminum derivatives.


It may come as a shock, but most table salt is not only unhealthy, but can also be toxic.


During salt production, natural forms of essential iodine are lost. Without this natural iodine, the thyroid gland is severely damaged, leading to growth and metabolic problems. Because of this, the chemical-based salt industry began adding synthetic forms of iodine to their products. But synthetic forms offer no health benefits, rather, they offer disadvantages.


Other salts add things like processed white sugar and the toxic MSG (monosodium glutamate).


And what about the color of table salt?

Salt found in nature isn't usually white. Table salt is colored white with bleach. And where does this salt come from? Much of it is actually the flaky residue from oil extraction. That's right. Crude oil extract is one way we produce table salt.


The Health Dangers of Table Salt (Fake Salt)

Table salt causes blood pressure to rise rapidly, as the blood tries to quickly remove the toxic elements from the heart. This is why doctors often tell people with high blood pressure to stop eating salt.


But conventional doctors won't tell you that the chemical residue of processed salt will make you sick. Nor will they tell you that natural salt is so important for your health.


Moreover, excessive table salt causes us to retain water and other fluids. Many chronic imbalances, such as diabetes, gout, and obesity, can be exacerbated or even partially caused by excessive table salt intake.

And take note: this salt isn't just the stuff in your salt shaker in your kitchen.


Most packaged and processed foods contain enormous amounts of this toxic, processed table salt. These preservatives can cause swelling and, over time, serious kidney, thyroid, and liver problems.


You may also develop other problems such as: development of goiter, such as edema, high blood pressure, heart disease, overloaded elimination systems, muscle cramps, water retention, edema, stroke, heart failure, PMS, and even serious nervous system disorders such as anxiety and depression.


Table salt is particularly taxing on both the circulatory and nervous systems. It also wreaks havoc on the delicate balance of the body's lymphatic system. This fake salt is also highly addictive : the more the body becomes accustomed to the high levels of fake sodium , the more it craves it.

Barbara O'Neill: Table salt is VERY dangerous. Many people eat too much table salt and too little fruit and vegetables. This combination causes an imbalance between sodium and potassium.


Your cells swell, resulting in high blood pressure. She describes in particular how too much table salt can cause high blood pressure. She says that natural salt, such as Celtic salt, actually promotes your health. VERY informative.

This is what he wrote in his blog:

Typical table salt consists of 97.5% sodium chloride and 2.5% chemicals such as anti-flow and anti-caking agents. Table salt is bleached and processed with excessive heat, which alters its natural chemical structure and destroys essential trace elements. The salt essentially contains no nutrients.

 

Dangerous chemical molecules such as iodine and fluoride are added, along with toxic substances such as aluminium hydroxide (used as a moisture-resistant additive).

What are the dangers of table salt?

This chemically hazardous table salt increases tissue pressure and can lead to high blood pressure. The increased tissue pressure and toxic waste can also increase joint inflammation and contribute to painful conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and gout. It also increases the risk of kidney and gallbladder stone formation.


For years (and even now), conventional doctors have been telling us that eating too much salt causes water retention. This only happens with processed, chemically processed table salt. Natural salt is packed with nutrients that actually help your body function better.


Because of these lies and propaganda, people are afraid of salt. But salt is actually vital. Many people are salt deficient. They feed their bodies with this chemical salt, but it's actually very harmful.

Also avoid table salt with fluoride or added iodine.

Traditional supermarkets are misleading in every way. Sometimes they use a healthy name to make it sound healthy, but then they add junk. People are often unaware of this. When I was researching salt, I came across iodized table salt with added fluoride online. I was truly shocked. See the photo below.


The iodine is not natural. And fluoride is highly neurotoxic and carcinogenic.


In the past, I had conducted very thorough research on fluoride. Fluoride is highly neurotoxic and carcinogenic. It's a waste product of the aluminum industry. Hitler and Stalin also used fluoride to weaken and poison their prisoners, resulting in death. Fluoride is found in rat poison. Fluoride is used to make atomic bombs.

They sell this salt in Lidl in Germany and France. They tell you right to your face: "We're going to poison you." It's table salt with fluoride. But table salt already contains synthetic chlorine and toxins.


And then they add fluoride. It's a cocktail of toxins. That's what causes health problems. And is the iodine even pure?


Then they shamelessly post this on their website. They're no longer ashamed to poison you. Poisoning is becoming normalized.
