Viruses and bacteria are your body's cleaning crew

Dr. Lorraine Day: Let me explain the germ and virus theory very simply. Imagine the garbage collectors in your city go on strike. And they don't collect the trash for a few weeks. After a while, mice, rats, flies, worms, and all sorts of insects flock to the trash cans. They feed on the rotting garbage. The garbage attracts these pests, and they clean up the mess.


If we didn't have these animals to clean up the garbage, the world would be teeming with even more vermin. These animals are therefore crucial for clearing away dead tissue and other rotten waste.


If you see a bird eating a dead animal... why do you think this happens? Did the dead animal attract the bird, or did the bird attract the dead animal? Of course, the dead animal attracted the bird. Think of the bird as the cleaning crew. It cleans up all the vermin.


So the garbage bins that sit there for weeks will attract the cleaning crew. The crew of mice, rats, and all sorts of other vermin.

Here's the thing: Rotting tissue and food attract these creatures. These pests exist to keep the earth clean. God also developed a cleaning system in our bodies. And you guessed it... those are bacteria and viruses.


Bacteria and viruses don't cause disease. Everywhere they tell you a completely different story. This began about 150 years ago... with the theory of Louis Pasteur and his counterpart, Antoine Béchamp.

→The microbe is nothing, but the environment is everything.


We can't transmit diseases, but we develop them. Treat the patient, not the infection.


If you destroy your immune system through your lifestyle, your cleaning crew can no longer do its job. Your way of thinking, feeling, eating, and how you handle stress can all wreak havoc on your immune system.

So your lifestyle can cause dead and dying tissue.


Our bodies are constantly covered in bacteria and viruses. They live on our skin, mouth, nose, and gastrointestinal tract. They won't bother us as long as our immune system remains intact.


But your immune system weakens when you sleep poorly, eat processed sugar and processed foods, pay little attention to yourself, are often angry, and experience chronic stress (which activates the fight-or-flight system and produces more cortisol, which suppresses your immune system). This means we give ourselves illnesses.


Our lifestyle determines whether or not we get sick. Bacteria and viruses come to clean up the mess. They are the cleaning crew in our bodies, just as mice and rats are the cleaning crew of the garbage cans. We develop dead and dying tissue in our bodies if we don't take proper care of it.


As the cleaning crew moves through the bloodstream, we might get a headache, feel nauseous, or feel a little ill. This is a normal process. Your body is detoxing you of all the debris. The bacteria and viruses are cleaning your body.


As I said before, the pile of garbage bags attracts the cleaning crew.

Remember this very well: Germs don't cause disease, just as flies don't cause garbage. Flies don't cause garbage cans. But garbage cans attract flies.


So if we neglect our body with substances that don't belong there, we will call in the cleaning crew (bacteria and viruses).


So be selective about what goes into your body. Regular doctors will prescribe medication. These chemical medications stop and block the cleansing process. If this happens repeatedly, you'll actually get sicker.


Antibiotics, for example, will also destroy your good bacteria. That's 33% of your immune system (this system is produced in your intestines). So your body can no longer do its job. When conventional doctors talk about autoimmune diseases, they often say, "Your immune system is much too strong or overactive. That's why you get rheumatoid arthritis and other conditions." This is absolutely nonsense.


That's like saying: you're far too healthy, and if you're far too healthy, you get sick. You absolutely cannot have an overly strong or overactive immune system. They're all talking nonsense. You can only have a suppressed immune system because of your lifestyle.


Conventional doctors work and think completely wrong. Let me give you an example. Suppose your child has chickenpox with those bumps on the skin. Do you take your child to the surgeon to have the bumps removed? Every parent knows that those bumps are the result of a sick body. As the body heals, the bumps disappear on their own. The problem is the sick body, not the bumps. Those bumps aren't to blame, nor are they the cause of the problem.


It's the same with cancer. The cancer tumor isn't the problem, but the sick body. Many people don't even feel sick when they have cancer. Their immune systems are severely suppressed by their lifestyle. Conventional doctors constantly cut away the tumor, burn it away, or poison it with chemotherapy. These kinds of therapies kill the patient before the cancer can kill them. So you die from the therapies, not the cancer.


I was able to cure my cancer by completely changing my lifestyle. I was working far too many hours in the hospital. I was neglecting my body through poor nutrition, stress, and overwork. I operated almost day and night. I didn't pay attention to myself. When patients needed urgent surgery, I didn't say, "I'm tired." So I lived on coffee and sugar.


I completely changed my lifestyle. That's how I cured myself of cancer. As a surgeon, I know that conventional doctors can't cure any disease. That's why I wanted to become a trauma doctor. Then I could make people better.


Conventional doctors prescribe medications that cause other problems. Conventional doctors treat symptoms or remove body parts or organs. They won't look for the underlying cause.


I had breast cancer, and it wasn't because I had too many breasts. That would be absurd. Removing a breast wouldn't cure me. So I absolutely refused surgery because I knew it wouldn't cure my cancer. My body was sick. My breasts weren't the cause. All conventional doctors are brainwashed.


I was brainwashed too, until I got cancer. That's when I started doing thorough research. And it's exactly the same with germs. Regular doctors are completely wrong. They say you have to wash your hands regularly to avoid getting germs. This is all crazy nonsense and unnecessary.

Bacteria, viruses, and germs develop due to poor lifestyle habits and don't simply drift onto your hands. Washing your hands is certainly a good thing, but you need to revitalize your immune system so your body can function effectively.


But people eat all kinds of junk, like sugar, energy drinks, cola, processed foods, drink too much coffee, get angry, don't get enough sun, can't forgive, don't drink enough water, don't get enough sleep, and so on. People simply neglect their bodies with all kinds of food that doesn't belong there. Then the cleaning crew comes to clean up the mess, and you feel worse for a while.

 

If you abandon this negative lifestyle, you won't get sick. Germs don't cause illness. It's your sick body that causes the illness. You make your own body sick by living a bad lifestyle. You make your own body weak. A body doesn't get sick because of something invisible from outside.
