This is not medical advice
Do your own research or consult an experienced naturopath who is knowledgeable about detoxing and the effects of herbs. Definitely consult an experienced practitioner if you:
-Are pregnant
-Have heart problems
-You have liver problems
-Are allergic
-If you take regular medications.

Declaration of toxins
1-Heavy metals: Heavy metals are mainly mercury, aluminium, lead, arsenic, cadmium, nickel, uranium, thallium.
Read our blogs about heavy metals;
Blog 1: What negative influence do HEAVY metals have on our bodies?
Blog 2: Which diseases are linked to heavy metals?
Blog 4: Mike Adams: Why are heavy metals harmful?
2-Mycotoxins
Mycotoxins are toxic secondary metabolites produced by certain filamentous fungi. The presence of mycotoxins in food and feed has negative health consequences for both humans and animals.
Clay binders, yeast cell walls or antioxidant additives are the most commonly used products for the elimination of mycotoxins to reduce their impact.

Discussion of all raw materials (binders)
We always provide a brief description of the detox herb or clay. The raw materials, of course, offer many more benefits. But we'll highlight the most important ones.
We discuss binders and herbs that detox your organs
A-Binding agents
1-French green clay (Montmorillonite) (binder)
-You have French green clay (Montmorillonite)
-You have American clay (Betonite clay)
The French clay is said to be more powerful for detoxing according to Biologist Dr. Robert Young.
Also read Dr. Robert Young's blog about his detox protocol for the COVID vaccine . He says you can use French green clay to detox graphene oxide.
Bentonite/Montmorillonite clay
-Removes mycotoxins (mold), aflatoxins, pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals and also fluoride
-Kills candida and E. coli.
-Removed Graphene Oxide from the body (graphene oxide is in the Covid vaccine).
-Can also be applied to the skin to remove toxins transdermally.
TIP: The company must state that it is food grade, otherwise just ask.
Dosage: Use half a teaspoon or a full teaspoon of clay powder daily in a large glass of clean water. 1 teaspoon is 2g. So, you take 1.25mg to 2.5mg of clay once a day in 500ml of water. NOT tap water. Do this for 3 weeks and then take a break. No longer than 4 weeks!

2-Shilajit (binding agent)
-Detoxifies your body of heavy metals, mycotoxins (mold) and other toxins.
-Shilajit can remove graphene oxide from the body.
Antioxidants: neutralize free radicals. Free radicals damage your cells.
-Shilajit naturally contains fulvic acid, humic acids, dibenzo-a-pyrones.
Stimulates your mitochondria. Provides more oxygen to mitochondria.
Shilajit, in its pure form, contains approximately 85 different vitamins and minerals. Your body uses vitamins and minerals to detoxify.
-Shilajit is known for its cell repair.
-Help in breaking addictions.
-Regulates hormones and immune system.
-Relieves pain response.
-Helps prevent and protect against cancer.
-Fights inflammation, anti-inflammatory.
-Shilajit contains anti-epileptic properties and possibly anti-psychotic effects, because it normalizes GABA (a naturally occurring acid in the brain) levels.
-Shilajit forms the basis for decalcification of the pineal gland and third eye awakening.
Compounds in fulvic acid nourish the gut and support a healthy microbiome. Over 70% of the immune system lives in the gut. A healthier gut means stronger immunity.
TIP: Pure shilajit is always slightly more effective than the powder. Pure shilajit is expensive, though. Always start with a low dose. It's best to buy the powder or pure shilajit.
Dosage: How Much Shilajit is SafeIn clinical studies, shilajit dosages have ranged from 200 to 2000 mg per day, although the most commonly used dosage regimen appears to be 400 mg to 500 mg per day split into two daily doses.
I would definitely start with the lower dose of 400mg to 500mg. See how your body reacts. Then you can increase the dose to 400mg or 500mg twice a day.
I would consult a naturopath about the high dose of 2000mg. Always take a break after 8 to 10 weeks.

3-Fulvic acid (binder)
Helps cells absorb minerals and eliminate waste. Removes mycotoxins and heavy metals.
-Excellent source of micro/macronutrients: iron, manganese, magnesium, potassium and sodium.
-Fulvic acid can remove graphene oxide from the body.
-Improves iron absorption, makes iron bioavailable to bone marrow cells for blood formation.
-Releases hydrogen ions, creating an electrical charge that attracts free radicals.
Compounds in fulvic acid nourish the gut and support a healthy microbiome. Over 70% of the immune system lives in the gut. A healthier gut means stronger immunity.
TIP: It's best to buy this as a supplement. It should ideally be in a dark glass bottle. This better preserves the product's quality. No plastic packaging. If you buy it pure, it should be labeled "Food Grade."
Dosage: If you buy it as a supplement, you should check the dosage on your supplement. If you buy pure fulvic acid powder or liquid, you'll need to do your own research on the dosage.

4-Activated carbon (binder)
Removes toxins, environmental toxins, intestinal gas, waste products, mold, mycotoxins, and pesticides. It is less used for heavy metals, according to Dr. David Jockers.
-Removes radioactive elements: radon, cobalt, cesium, uranium, thorium and lead.
-Activated charcoal is ideal for removing overdoses of medications, alcohol and drugs.
-Activated charcoal is used in emergency trauma centers for detoxification.
-Can be used to remove PFAS
-To reduce bloating and gas formation
-Anti-inflammatory
-Research also shows that activated charcoal works better than stomach pumping (called gastric lavage) in some situations.
TIP: The company must state that it is food grade.
Dosage: How much activated charcoal powder is safe
The safest dose is between 2.5g and 10g per day. Do this for 3 weeks and then take a break. No longer than 4 weeks!

5-Zeolite clay (binder)
-A type of clay, excellent against fungi and mycotoxins.
-Removes metals including lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, nickel, tin and aluminum.
-Binds aflatoxins, nitrates, pesticides, glyphosates, histamine and waste products.
-Can also remove fluoride
Zeolite was also used on humans, animals, and plants to reduce Chernobyl's radioactivity. Significant improvements were observed.
-Reduces inflammatory reactions.
-Antioxidant.
-alkalizes the body.
-A 2015 study found that just twelve weeks of zeolite supplementation can significantly increase gut lining integrity (see left).
Does not dissolve in stomach acid, water, or fat. Passes through the body completely intact.
Avoid raw zeolite. Zeolite must be de-metalized and micronized or nanosized.
TIP: The company must state that it is food grade.
Dosage: You may drink 1/2 or 1 small teaspoon of Zeolite food grade in 200ml to 300ml of water.
One teaspoon is approximately 2 grams. Depending on your needs, you can use this 1 to 3 times a day, with a maximum daily dose of 10 grams . Always start with a low dose. Do this for 3 weeks and then take a break. Do not exceed 4 weeks!

6-Glutathion (binder)
-Glutathione can detoxify heavy metals, all kinds of toxins, fluoride, graphene oxide, snake venom.
Glutathione is the master antioxidant, master detoxifier, and master immune booster. It's a powerful antioxidant.
Dr. Ricardo Delgado (Spanish biologist) discovered that the COVID vaccine drastically reduces glutathione levels, which can trigger a cytokine storm. He recommends taking a glutathione supplement if you've been vaccinated.
Dr. Robert Young (American biologist) concluded that glutathione can detoxify graphene oxide. Even unvaccinated people can get graphene oxide in their bodies because they add it to our food and drinks. And they spray it in the air with chemtrails. So everyone benefits from glutathione.
Dr. Brain Ardis (American medical researcher) concludes that glutathione can also neutralize snake venom. The Covid vaccine also contains snake venom.
We produce glutathione ourselves, but if we get too many toxins in our body, the glutathione level drops and your body can no longer detox properly.
-Can be administered intravenously under the care of a medical professional.
TIP 1: You can also buy NAC. This is the precursor to glutathione.
TIP 2: There aren't many good quality glutathione or NAC products on the market. Don't just buy them from a drugstore or pharmacy. At the bottom of this blog post, we'll list the best glutathione supplements.

7-Selenium (binder)
-Binds to and helps remove methylmercury, elemental mercury, thallium, arsenic, and cadmium.
-Powerful antioxidant that supports kidney and liver function.
-Crosses the blood-brain and blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier to remove metals.
-Can remove fluoride from the body and reduce fluoride damage.
-It is known as a true anti-cancer nutrient. Dr. Peter Glidden (naturopath) has several videos about selenium. He even writes about it in his book.
-Anti-inflammatory.
-Without selenium you cannot detox properly (Glutathione needs selenium).
Selenium is not only crucial for iodine use, but it also directly targets mercury poisoning, which attacks heart tissue in massive doses, leading to cardiac arrest. Mercury poisoning, therefore, leads to heart problems. Selenium and iodine are important in preventing this damage. Many people don't know that mercury is a deadly heart poison, and the best antidote is selenium – see the article by Dr. Sircus under links.
TIP: We show the best quality selenium at the bottom of the blog.
Dose:
General recommended dosage: 100 mcg/day
Therapeutic dosage: 100-200 mcg/day (high dose preferably for no longer than 10 months), take occasional breaks. For detoxing, I would recommend taking 200 mcg for a few weeks. Some find 200 mcg too much. So, in that case, take 100 mcg.
Dr. Peter Glidden explains in the video how important Selenium is

8-Iodine
Dr. Edward Group of Global Healing (a naturopath and researcher) has spent years researching iodine. This is his conclusion.
-Iodine is a powerful detoxifier (detoxifies heavy metals, radioactive radiation, neutralizes free radicals and other chemical junk).
Iodine neutralizes toxins such as fluoride, bromine, and chlorine. Higher doses of iodine can also remove heavy metals such as mercury and aluminum.
-Iodine decalcifies the pineal gland from fluoride.
-A selenium deficiency worsens the symptoms of an iodine deficiency.
-Iodine helps increase your pH value in your cell environment.
-Women need more iodine in certain places than men.
Our immune system needs iodine to fight fungi. Iodine is ideal for killing fungi.
Iodine has so many benefits for internal infections and harmful organisms. Many people suffer from various types of mold. We suffer from harmful bacteria due to excess toxins and an iodine deficiency.
Iodine used to be used as an antibiotic. It's a natural and harmless antibiotic. Today's antibiotics are ineffective and harmful. No harmful bacteria can survive or adapt in an iodine-rich environment. So iodine protects your intestines and your immune system.
Good for the thyroid: Your thyroid produces metabolic hormones, so iodine is good for your metabolism. Your thyroid really needs iodine to function properly.
-There is an important interaction between thyroid hormones and growth hormone to regulate bone growth, so underactive thyroid function due to iodine deficiency can affect growth hormone function (eg Devesa et al., 1992).
We simply eat far too little iodine. The best sources are seafood and seaweed. But seafood often contains heavy metals.
Iodine deficiency is linked to many conditions.
Many people have thyroid disorders, cysts, infertility, pregnancy problems, cancer, headaches, weight gain, no energy, intestinal problems, constipation.
Every cell uses iodine. Iodine is essential for cell production. Iodine is quickly absorbed into the body. Iodine distributes itself throughout the body to the tissues that need it most.
Iodine is a cofactor for insulin. Every diabetic should consider the benefits of iodine. If they take iodine, their insulin will work better. Iodine deficiency causes a variety of conditions.
TIP 1: You can take selenium together with iodine.
TIP 2: Buy only very good quality iodine. The best quality iodine is shown below.
IMPORTANT INFO: They deliberately remove iodine from our diet. They deliberately poison our food and products. We are bombarded with a tsunami of toxins every day.
The more toxins you allow into your body, the more your body will use iodine to detoxify. But because we don't get enough iodine, we experience symptoms. So, in this toxic world, it's recommended to take an iodine supplement.

Edward Group (naturopath) has developed a 99.99% pure iodine. In the video, he shows his workshop and explains how he obtains it.
If the video is censored on YouTube, you can find it on Rumble. See the Rumble video .
9-Chlorella (binding agent)
-Removes heavy metals, biotoxins, chemical food additives, candida, xenobiotics and pesticides.
-Detox from radiation and chemotherapy.
-Contains many vitamins, minerals, omega 3, proteins, lots of fiber.
Contains antioxidants: Free radicals damage your cells. Antioxidants neutralize these free radicals.
-Strengthens your immune system.
TIP!: Unfortunately, there are few good sources for buying pure chlorella. Most come from China. But China has quite a polluted sea.
Dr. Joseph Mercola produces his own chlorella in large-scale indoor cultivation. This indoor cultivation in specially designed tanks ensures a high-quality, controlled yield that has not been exposed to any form of contamination. His chlorella is 100% chemical-free.
Read Dr. Joseph Mercola's blog about Chlorella.
TIP: Avoid chlorella from the Chinese Sea. Online, 90% of the chlorella sold is from the Chinese Sea. It contains too many heavy metals. We'll show you good quality chlorella at the bottom of this blog post.
Dosage: Start with 1 gram (1000 mg) of chlorella per day and work up to 3 grams daily if desired. You can take this for 2 to 3 months. Then take a break.

10-Pectin (binder)
-Removes drug residues, cesium-137 and strontium-90, lead, cadmium and mercury.
-Provides fiber and can help normalize bowel movements.
-May naturally lower cholesterol, fight diabetes and support weight loss.
The most common use of pectin is for heavy metal detoxification. A 2008 study published in Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine found that pectin can help reduce toxic lead levels in children. (Read Dr. David Jockers' blog post.)
Although there is less research evidence, pectin can also help remove pesticides or mycotoxins. More research is needed to evaluate its effectiveness in this regard. One potential problem with modified citrus pectin is that it is sometimes improperly manufactured. If the molecules are too large, they won't absorb and bind properly.
How is pectin made?
Apple pectin or modified citrus pectin are popular toxin binders made from the peel or the inner white pulp of citrus fruits. Pectin is a polysaccharide found in the cell walls and concentrated in the peel of the fruit. It is a form of soluble fiber that the body does not metabolize, but that intestinal bacteria can use as an energy source.
The benefits of apple cider vinegar
-Promotes digestion and soothes heartburn. Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid. ...
-Helps the body to 'detoxify'
Apple cider vinegar contains many antioxidants. ...
-May reduce hunger.
Apple cider vinegar is rich in pectin. ...
-May improve insulin sensitivity.
TIP: Make sure the pectin is organic. Make sure it's pesticide-free.
Dosage: You can take more pectin than other ingredients. You can start with 5 grams per day. Always start with the lowest dose. You can increase this to 10 grams and then 15 grams per day. Do this for 4 weeks and then take a break. You can do this for 6 weeks to 3 months and then take a break.

11-Silica (silicon) (binder)
-Removes aluminum, heavy metals and chemical toxins.
-Creates stronger bones, joints, hair, ligaments and nails.
-Protects and heals the GI tract.
-Anti-inflammatory
Silica is commonly used in several European countries for food poisoning, acute intestinal infections, and even symptoms of IBS.
According to a 2019 review published in Scientific Reports, silica may be effective for removing bacterial toxins
What is silica?
Silica is obtained from earth's raw materials. Crystalline silica is present in thousands of different raw materials, including virtually all types of material mined from the Earth's crust. It is present in almost all mined materials, including sand, clay, gravel, metal ores, and diatomaceous earth.
Foods high in silica: Beans, bananas, green leafy vegetables, brown rice, lentils, beets, cucumbers, etc.
Interesting facts about silica
Because silicon is the second most abundant element in our environment, it is continuously absorbed through the air or food. Many natural foods, especially those of plant origin, contain high levels of silica. Therefore, it is virtually impossible to estimate how much silica people ingest each day.
For synthetic amorphous silica (SAS) used in food additives, the maximum level is up to 1500 mg per day.
It is estimated that a person weighing 70 kilograms (154 lbs) ingests approximately 20-320 mg of silica (SAS) per day. The body excretes most natural and synthetic amorphous silica (SAS) before it reaches the bloodstream.
Foods of plant origin, in particular, may contain high levels of natural silica (corresponding to a daily silica intake of up to 400 mg and more, but only a small portion of this is reabsorbed).
TIP: The company must state that it is food grade.
Dosage: The maximum safe limit has been reported at 700-1,750 mg per day. Do your own research. Most people notice a difference within the first 2-3 months of daily supplementation, with additional benefits within 3-4 months or more. After that, I would take a break.

12-Chitosan
-Removes mycotoxins, bile salts and heavy metals.
-Prebiotic (good for intestinal health).
-Anticancer effects (chitosan increases T cells and reduces cytokine storm).
-Wound healing.
Dr. David Jockers: Chitosan is a commonly used toxin binder made from the shells of shrimp, crabs, and other crustaceans. It can be purified using chemical or enzymatic processes. These binders can bind both mycotoxins and bile salts.
Chitosan can also help remove heavy metals. However, its effectiveness against heavy metals and some other toxins may depend on the pH level. Another benefit of chitosan is its ability to act as a prebiotic and support gut microbial health. It is also used by some for weight loss.
What is Chitosan?
Chitosan is derived from chitin, a fibrous compound found primarily on the hard outer shells of crustaceans and in the cell walls of some fungi. An enzymatic reaction produces chitosan—a suitable form for supplements.
Chitosan is biodegradable and has been used in the development of antimicrobial films for food packaging. It is also approved for use in wound dressings due to its gel-forming ability. Chitosan is currently being investigated for use in medicine and tissue engineering.
Most commercially available chitosan is derived from crabs and other crustaceans
TIP: Make sure it doesn't come from a Chinese sea. This sea contains more heavy metals. Make sure the powder is very pure.
Dosage: Although research has shown that chitosan supplementation is generally safe in adults, doses vary widely, from 0.50 to 3.5 grams of chitosan per day.
That's why there's no single most effective dose for chitosan. But if you go up to 3g per day, you're good. Do this for four weeks and then take a break. I saw online that you could also do it for 12 weeks and then take a break. See how it feels after four weeks.

13-EDTA chelation (binder)
-Binds to and removes most heavy metals.
-Often used in serious situations.
Usually performed by a naturopath or sometimes in a hospital. You can't do this yourself.
May chelate/remove beneficial minerals. A vitamin and mineral supplement is recommended.
What is EDTA chelation therapy?
Chelation therapy involves a chemical solution called EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid), which is administered into the body – usually injected directly into the bloodstream – so it can bind with excess toxins.
Once bound to “toxins” in the body, EDTA helps detoxify the body of heavy metals by removing them before imbalances and diseases have a chance to develop.

B-Herbs that detox your organs
14-Maria Thistle (powerful liver detox)
For example, milk thistle has been proven effective in supporting the body's detoxification of heavy metals and pesticides. Its active ingredient, silymarin, has incredible cleansing effects on the liver and gallbladder, allowing your body to heal more effectively from mercury poisoning. (Dr. Josh Axe)
-Detox from the harmful effects of alcohol consumption.
Detoxifying for the liver and gallbladder: Milk thistle is the herb for the LIVER. When the liver is cleansed, waste products can be removed more effectively.
-Increases bile production.
-May help prevent gallstones.
-It is sometimes used in the treatment of liver diseases such as cirrhosis, jaundice and hepatitis, as well as gallbladder problems.
Because milk thistle has a detoxifying effect, it balances your hormones: men and women often have too much estrogen, which lowers testosterone in men and progesterone in women. The thyroid gland also improves thanks to its liver detoxification.
-Antioxidants and Polyphenols
-Anti-inflammatory
-Anti-cancer effects
-Improving the mucous membranes throughout the body.
-Protects the loss of glutathione (glutathione is an antioxidant, detoxifier and immune booster)
TIP: Milk thistle is a powerful liver detox. So start with a low dose and build up.
How much milk thistle herb is safe
Use between 300-600mg of milk thistle powder daily. A taller person might need up to 800mg. Note: This herb is a real detoxifier. So start with 300mg or 400mg or so. Finding it difficult to dose with a teaspoon of powder? You can make your own capsules. Buy a 400mg capsule machine.
What does a liver detox treatment with Milk Thistle look like?
Essentially, you do a liver cleanse for three weeks straight. If you detox for less than three weeks, your liver isn't fully cleansed.
Milk thistle detoxifies your liver very well. Some people feel detox effects after just one week and stop the treatment. If you're sensitive, it's best to detox slowly. If you experience detox effects after one week, I recommend resting for one week. Then start again for seven days, then rest for another week. Repeat this three or four times, until you've also detoxed for three weeks.

15-Dandelion (detox liver and kidneys)
Dandelion root contains antioxidants. It's good for your liver, helping protect it from oxidative stress and keeping it functioning effectively.
-Strengthens the functioning of the liver and kidneys.
It also cleanses the liver. But I think milk thistle is much more powerful. If you want to start detoxing slowly, I would start with dandelion.
-A study in Korea found that dandelion extract could protect against liver damage caused by alcohol poisoning.
-Anti-inflammatory
-Diuretic effects
-Helps with diabetes and lowers blood sugar levels.
-Prevents urinary tract infections- supports the urinary tract.
-Contains fiber
-Improves your digestion
-Improves constipation
-Helps reduce cancer growth
-Strengthens the immune system
-Improves the skin
-Good source of vitamins A and K
This herb isn't really a heavy detoxer like the others above.
Tip: Milk thistle detoxifies much more powerfully. If you want to start your detox slowly or if you're sensitive, you can start with dandelion. It detoxifies a little more gently.
Dosage: Drink 3 to 4 grams of dandelion root tea per day. You can increase this to 10 grams of root per day. You can drink dandelion tea every day for two weeks, then take a one-week break, and then drink it again for two weeks.
In capsules, the recommended daily dose is 500–1,500 mg. Do this for three weeks, then take a break. Do not exceed four weeks! You can drink three cups of root or leaf tea per day.

16-Castor oil compress (detoxifies liver, kidneys, intestines, lymph)
-Castor oil is the only oil that can penetrate the skin and organs.
Castor oil detoxifies the liver, kidneys, intestines, and lymphatic system. Place the compress on the area you want to detox. Then wrap it in plastic. Wrap the plastic around your waist to secure it. Leave the compress in place for at least 5 hours.
Note!!! If you place the compress on your liver, you will experience a true liver detox. If you apply this compress daily, you will experience liver detox effects after a few days. This herb really works.
-Castor oil really gets your blood circulating.
Castor oil breaks down all types of fatty lumps, bumps, lumps, blockages, adhesions, tumors, cysts, and fibroids. In some cases, it breaks bone spurs, but it does not break the bone itself.
-Strong anti-inflammatory.
-Support the health of the uterus and ovaries.
-Whether you have diarrhea or constipation, it will cleanse this area.
-It can also break down gallstones.
-Also used for fungi and ringworms (combine castor oil with Dead Sea salt).
TIP 1: DO NOT use a castor oil compress if you are pregnant!!! Unless you want to induce labor.
TIP 2: Don't drink castor oil. Use it as a compress on your body. If you want to drink castor oil, consult an experienced naturopath.

In the video, Barbara O'Neill explains the benefits of castor oil and how to use it. If the video is censored, you can find it on Rumble. See video on Rumble
17-Triphala (detoxifies the intestines)
Triphala is effective at detoxifying, particularly the intestines and kidneys. Because it promotes digestion and can eliminate toxins, it can also support your kidneys.
Triphala harmonizes your intestinal function. It's a good colon cleanser because it removes toxins from the digestive tract.
Most diseases begin in the gut. Seventy percent of your immune system is produced in your gut. If you can cleanse and improve your gut health, you'll boost your immune system.
-Protects your DNA.
-It protects you from radiation.
-Contains antioxidants.
-Natural laxative - better bowel movements.
-Anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic (may possibly help with colitis).
-Weight loss.
-Anticancer effects.
!!! Triphala consists of 3 different fruits
TIP: This is an Ayurvedic herb. Ayurvedic practitioners know best how to use it. So be sure to check out Ayurvedic websites for more information.
Dosage: Take ½ to 2 teaspoons of Triphala powder daily. Sometimes you can increase it to 3 grams per day. Discuss the 3 grams with an Ayurvedic herbalist. Do this for approximately 10 weeks, then take a break.

18-Burdock root or burdock root
(purifies blood and lymph)
-Purifies the blood. Removes toxins from the blood.
-Improves and strengthens the functioning of the lymphatic system.
-Natural Diuretics.
-Anti-cancer effects.
-Anti-inflammatory --> good for arthritis and throat and tonsillitis.
May improve skin problems. Purifies the skin.
-Contains various antioxidants such as quercetin, luteolin and phenolic acids.
-Burdock contains inulin, a natural dietary fiber, and is also used to aid digestion.
improve.
Dandelion and burdock have many similarities; they come from the same plant family, treat diabetes, and improve skin health. Furthermore, dandelion is particularly excellent at cleansing the liver and protecting bones, while burdock is a great blood cleanser, making it very beneficial for liver health as well.
TIP: You can take burdock and dandelion together.
Dosage: 1g or 2g of burdock root powder per day. Do this for 3 weeks and then take a break. No longer than 4 weeks! You can drink 3 cups of tea per day.

Raw materials about which there is doubt
1-DMSO (Dimethyl sulfoxide)
-Binds to and removes mercury, lead, aluminum, cadmium, arsenic and nickel.
-Most powerful free radical scavenger. Dissolves blood clots.
Can penetrate cells and help flush out toxins. Powerful anti-inflammatory and pain reliever.
Why doubt?
I only found one site that explained how it's made. It does explain it clearly.
Online, they say it's chemically modified. I couldn't find enough convincing articles about what it's made of. DMSO is mainly known in America. There are plenty of binding agents mentioned in this blog post.
My advice is: take detox raw materials that we have been able to find a lot of research on.
2-Diatomaceous Earth
-Removes aluminum, viruses, fungi, bacteria, heavy metals, pesticides, parasites and candida.
-Cuts through parasites and candida, while protecting the gastrointestinal tract and being gentle on the liver.
-Contains silica
Why doubt?
Some praise Diatomaceous Earth and others have their reservations.
The woman in the video below is a therapist who specializes solely in gastrointestinal issues. She also tests many natural ingredients. She wants to help people naturally. And from her own experience, she wasn't convinced about diatomaceous earth. You'll have to figure this out for yourself.
Watch the video for her experience with Diatomaceous Earth
Where can I buy these raw materials organic and pure?
As you know, I've started an online store selling organic herbs, salts, and clays. I strive to use as many pure ingredients as possible. I sell half of the detox herbs featured in this blog post. So you can always support Gezond wereldnieuws by buying an herb, clay, or salt from our online store. Thank you.
