Foreword

Most illnesses are an inflammatory response. When people ask for advice, I always have to say the same thing. I always tell people with an inflammatory response to eat anti-inflammatory foods and avoid pro-inflammatory foods. That meant I had to compile different articles every time. That's how this blog came about.

Most chronic diseases or symptoms are an inflammatory response. A conventional doctor won't tell you this. What a conventional doctor also won't tell you is that the cause lies in your lifestyle. They won't say that certain foods or raw materials are toxic. Nor will they tell you that you have a nutrient deficiency.

You don't just have an inflammatory response. It has a cause in your lifestyle. Most conventional doctors prescribe antibiotics for all kinds of infections, but they don't look for the cause. Several independent doctors will share their knowledge about inflammatory responses.

What are inflammatory responses?

Sources: Dr. Mark Hyman (USA) and Dr. David Jockers (USA)

Inflammation is a natural part of your bodily functions. It's even essential. There are acute inflammatory responses, and there are chronic inflammatory responses. Inflammation can be necessary and even beneficial for your body, but it can also be harmful.

1-What is an acute inflammatory response?

Dr. David Jockers:Acute inflammation is a vital part of your immune system. It's your body's essential survival response to illness or injury, protecting you from damaged cells, viruses, and bacteria.

For example, if you make a cut, white blood cells gather and rush to the wound site to save you. They create swelling, bringing all sorts of healing factors. So you see redness, swelling, pain, and intense heat. This is a classic symptom of an acute inflammatory response. It's the body's way of dealing with problems or something that's not going well.

Other acute classic inflammatory reactions are sore throat, sprained ankle, etc… these are good inflammatory reactions.

Acute inflammation begins quickly, usually within minutes, and generally resolves within a few days. Possible symptoms of acute inflammation include pain, redness, swelling, warmth, and possibly loss of function (in severe cases).

2-What is a chronic inflammatory response?

A chronic inflammatory response is systemic and can last for months or years. This inflammation is associated with a wide range of health problems, such as diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer's, heart disease, fatigue syndrome, and depression, among others.

Chronic inflammation is caused by:

-Wrong diet that contains too many toxins, which causes a toxin crisis.

-Too many acids.

-Nutrient deficiency

-Lack of healthy fats

Physical, emotional, and mental stress. Stress also produces acid. Too much acid causes inflammatory reactions.

As a result, inflammatory mediators are activated throughout the body, overloading and subsequently weakening the immune system.

This inflammatory response continues until the cause of the inflammation is addressed. The body is essentially waiting for you to do something.

Inflammation means that the body wants to initiate a healing process, but because the body has too many toxins, or a lack of nutrients or fluids, it cannot function properly.

But the problem is that conventional doctors prescribe medications that further poison the body. Unfortunately, medications are chemically or synthetically processed. You should avoid toxins.

Because people nowadays eat so unhealthy and get too many toxins in their bodies through food, drinks, packaging, medicines, care products, dental products, cleaning products, kitchen products, they suffer from chronic inflammatory reactions

(or silent inflammation reactions = a silent killer).

3-Inflammation acts as both a “friend and an enemy” in the body, depending on the type.

-Acute inflammation is the friend.

-Chronic, low-grade, systemic inflammation is the enemy.

Acute inflammation

Acute inflammation protects you from hostile microbes by removing toxins and repairing damaged tissue.

Risks of chronic inflammation

Chronic inflammation can be very detrimental to your health. Research shows that an unresolved inflammatory response is likely involved in the development of diseases from an early stage.

Chronic inflammation is a contributing factor to serious degenerative diseases, such as:

-Heart diseases

-Diabetes

-Cancer

-Alzheimer

-Depression

-Chronic fatigue syndrome.

-Obesity can cause inflammation, and increased inflammation levels can actually make weight loss more difficult.

-Inflammation can visibly age your skin through wrinkles and fine lines.

-Joint pain and reduced mobility.

-Etc..

Oxidative damage in the body is the main cause of inflammatory reactions.

Source: Dr. Peter Glidden

Dr. Peter Glidden explains in a very simple way how we get inflammatory reactions.

ree

Diseases of affluence are inflammatory responses

Dr. Peter Glidden: The biggest cause of inflammatory reactions is, first of all, life itself. Secondly, the law of thermodynamics states that everything dissolves and decays. That's simply the law of physics. Mountains turn to dust and iron turns to rust. Everything decays all the time. The same thing happens in the human body. I always make a funny comparison.

Within the body, there's a police force that's supposed to represent the immune system , and the body also has a fire department that no one talks about. The fire department has the ability to extinguish the fires (inflammatory responses) in the body with its water (antioxidants), which are a normal part of life. Antioxidants are only obtained through REAL food.

Toxins disrupt the absorption of antioxidants.

ree

For example, you're walking down the street and you breathe in carbon monoxide from a car. The carbon monoxide enters your body and creates a compound called a free radical.

A free radical is an oxygen atom that has lost an electron. An oxygen atom that has lost an electron will cling to everything in the body. It's like metabolic Velcro.

When enough oxygen atoms have attached to something in the body, regardless of what it's attached to, it will begin to oxidize (think of an apple turning brown). And anything that becomes oxidized will be destroyed.

A little further explanation: Free radicals destroy our cells. If you have too many free radicals in relation to antioxidants, you develop oxidative stress. And oxidative stress creates the typical chronic diseases. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals. But when the fire department can't extinguish enough antioxidants, the body develops increasing inflammation.

Oxidative damage in the body is the main cause of inflammatory reactions.

If the body has enough nutrients, it can handle oxidative stress. But if the body doesn't have enough nutrients, you can compare it to a fire hydrant with no water coming out. If there's no water coming out, the firefighter can't extinguish the fire. If the body is deficient in nutrients, it can't extinguish inflammatory reactions. Inflammatory reactions are a natural part of life.

ree

There are two things we need to do in this area. We need to support the fire department, and we do this with the 90 essential nutrients , especially selenium and also the whole concept of nutritional antioxidants. Glutathione and Selenium are the most powerful antioxidants

Firefighters extinguish fires with antioxidants; this is the water they use to extinguish fires. They also use pure water for daily drinking. Therefore, food, drinks, and supplements high in antioxidants are a crucial component in combating disease and aging.

That's why we, as humans, need to avoid things in our environment that trigger the inflammatory response, because they create free radicals. Free radicals oxidize and create an inflammatory response in our bodies.

And you know what, for me, is the biggest cause of free radical development? Fried food and bottled oil.

The empty space in an oil bottle oxidizes. If the oil sits in your cupboard too long, you're literally putting oxidized oil on your salad. Putting oil on a salad is like loading it with free radicals. Buy small bottles of oil. They're consumed faster.

And frying your food is even worse. If you look at a map of America and look at life expectancy, we've noticed that the Old South has the lowest life expectancy. This is because they eat a lot of fried food. Why is that? It's because for them, fried food is a religion. They're crazy about it. They eat more fried food than all of America combined.

Fried foods load your body with free radicals, so they don't have the raw materials (nutrients) to extinguish their fire (inflammatory response). Your body then deteriorates much faster.

Diseases are caused by poisoning.

7 different ways.

Source: Dr. Rachid D. Buttar

ree

Dr. Rachid Buttar is an emergency physician and toxicologist. He has spent years researching and discovered that we are truly bombarded with toxins. He discovered that these toxins create inflammation in the body. This has allowed him to naturally cure cancer, autism, and other illnesses.

He understood the root cause of illness. He ran his own clinic where he recommended everyone avoid these seven forms of toxicity. He even wrote a book about it (The 9 Steps to Keep the Doctor Away).

7 forms of toxicity you should avoid as much as possible.

1) Heavy metal toxicity

2) Persistent organic pollutants toxicity (pop`s = persistent organic pollutants)

3) Opportunistic toxicity

4) Energetics toxicity

5) Emotional psychological toxicity

6) Genetic modification of food

7) Spirituality (stress, anxiety, emotions, faulty programs, trauma, etc.)

These 7 Toxicity Forms Create Inflammatory Responses

Dr. Rachid Buttar says you should eat sun-kissed food. Also, make sure these foods are free of pesticides and aren't packaged in plastic.

See the Dutch PDF for a full explanation. Every point is discussed in the PDF. See the Dutch translation of the 7 Toxicity Forms PDF.

Pro-inflammatory foods versus anti-inflammatory foods

Most chronic diseases are inflammatory, so most naturopaths focus on eliminating inflammation. It's important to distinguish between pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory foods.

If you want to restore your inflammatory response, you need to pay attention to two things in your diet:

1-You should avoid pro-inflammatory foods

2-You must incorporate anti-inflammatory foods.

We feature several doctors offering nutritional tips. The list is so long that each doctor only shows a small portion. But this gives you an idea.

1-Foods that cause inflammation include:

-Processed sugar

-Refined processed carbohydrates (white flour, white rice, white potatoes)

-Gluten

-Conventionally farmed meat and dairy

-Farm-raised fish

-Processed meat

-Trans fats (partially hydrogenated oils)

-Mono-sodium glutamate (MSG) and other additives and preservatives

-Everything that is counterfeit

-Sweeteners

Highly processed vegetable and seed oils, such as canola, corn, sunflower, peanut, grapeseed, and safflower. Heating these oils converts their molecules into trans fats. Trans fats are harmful to your hormones and health.

-And so on…

These foods regulate inflammation and create extra acidity in the tissues.

2-Anti-inflammatory diet

-Organic, non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) fruits and vegetables.

-Healthy clean fats.

-Pure clean proteins.

Anti-inflammatory herbs and foods

Healing foods can actually:

-Reduce inflammation

-Stabilize blood sugar levels

-Reduce toxic load

-Providing the necessary nutrients

-Support healthy blood pH levels (less acidic)

How can you live an anti-inflammatory lifestyle?

What food and what can you do:

-Real food that comes from nature

Eat plenty of phytochemicals (phytonutrients). Consume colorful compounds. They are all anti-inflammatory.

Eat unrefined, unprocessed foods. Clean nutrition.

-Avoid processed sugar as much as possible

-No trans fats

-No refined oils

-Eat enough good fats

-Make sure you exercise

-Also do anti-stress activities such as: sauna, massage, meditation, hot bath (Epsom salt),

doing something with friends, relaxing things, etc…

-Avoid foods that are sensitive such as: gluten, dairy, etc.

-Heal your gut. Follow a gut healing program or something similar.

-Be sure to take supplements: Multivitamin, Minerals, Vitamin D, Omega 3

Inflammations are not treated properly or correctly by conventional doctors.

Conventional doctors only prescribe a patented product for inflammatory reactions. Patented medications are not natural; they are modified with chemicals or synthetic substances. Antibiotics are medications created and modified by humans in a laboratory. They are not natural, and your body doesn't tolerate these medications, which is why many people experience side effects.

They try to normalize side effects, but you should take them very seriously. After all, it's your health that matters.

Antibiotics have serious side effects and can cause permanent damage. We've all been brainwashed and indoctrinated for decades to believe that infections can only be treated with antibiotics.

Antibiotics are absolutely being abused and over-prescribed to patients unnecessarily.

The truth is that there are much healthier and safer ways to treat inflammation.

Conventional medicine is quick to say that people have become resistant to antibiotics.

More than 23,000 Americans die every year from antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Thousands of people also die annually in Europe. After all, we use the same medications. See article

As antibiotic resistance continues to rise, these drugs are causing even more health problems in America and the rest of the world. In fact, a recent article is just one of many stories about the terrifying side effects of antibiotics.

The article was titled

In this article the English government writes:

Fluoroquinolone antibiotics: a reminder of the risk of disability and potential long-term side effects or irreversible side effects . See article

-->Simply says that antibiotics don't help. Essentially, this means that this is an infection that hasn't been properly treated, and due to incorrect treatment, the infection is spiraling out of control, meaning the patient doesn't recover and often develops other problems or dies. But conventional medicine won't admit this.

The CDC says: "Antibiotic resistance is considered one of the world's most pressing public health problems. Antibiotic resistance can turn diseases that were once easily treated with antibiotics into dangerous infections, prolonging suffering for children and adults.

--> This simply means that antibiotics promote inflammation . The CDC is a pharmaceutical company. And they protect their products and reputation.

And then we are not even talking about the antibiotics that enter our bodies through meat, dairy, tap water, fast food, processed meat, etc. People are seriously poisoned and then it is normal that people die from infections (inflammations).

Many naturopaths say you should only use antibiotics when you're in a life-threatening situation. But don't just hand them out like candy.
