Foreword
As you know, I've started an online store where I sell organic herbs, salts, teas, clays, resins, dental products, and more. We're so bombarded with toxins that's why I started the online store. I want to make people as healthy as possible. And the online store was a brilliant idea.
Because the pharmaceutical industry and doctors use a lot of propaganda and spread many lies about actual cures, we are getting sick en masse. Many conventional doctors recommend eating little salt or recommend a salt-free diet. This is truly gambling with someone's life. Be sure to read our other blogs about salt.
This is an original blog post by Dr. Robert Young (biologist/scientist) about salt. The blog has been translated into Dutch. Here you can read how much salt we need per day.
-------------------------------------------------------------
How much salt should you eat per day?
According to biologist Robert O. Young, his research has shown a person of
70 kilos need 12-14g of salt per day.
Be careful!!! All foods, such as processed foods, cookies, crackers, and candy, are made with processed table salt. This table salt is added almost everywhere. But table salt is highly toxic and harmful.
So if you say I'm following biologist Dr. Robert Young's advice and I'm eating 12-14g of pure salt per day, you have to make sure you're not eating processed table salt with the wrong food.
What we lose from salt in the body, we must replenish
Our bodies contain approximately 350-450 grams of salt, depending on height and weight. Every day, we need to replenish the salt our bodies use to maintain our normal health, vitality, and alkaline balance.
What you lose in salt, you must also consume again.
You need salt every day. Period. A salt-free diet is very dangerous.
Everything in our body is made of salt:
-tears
-urine
-bowel movements
-snot
-blood
-sweat
-saliva
-sperm

On the other hand, salt is also a very good seasoning. Every salt tastes different.
