Salt gives us energy, not sugar. Feeling tired? Then drink a glass with salt and avoid sugar.

Robert O. Young: Our bodies don't run on carbohydrates, proteins, and fats; they run on ELECTRONS. These tiny bits of energy are transported on a sodium matrix. That's why our blood is salty.
And what doctors do in emergencies or intensive care is immediately connect you to an IV with saline solution. It's a saline solution made of sodium chloride. It's not just water; it's salt water. If you ask a nurse why they use saline, the nurse will answer: otherwise, the patient will die.
The reason they introduce salt into the body is because it facilitates the transport of electrons through the sodium ion, which carries energy to all the different cells that make up your organs and organ systems. In other words, your body functions in salt water. We swim in salt water.
We eat food for its electrical potential, or its electron concentration.
All our bodily fluids are salty, such as our tears, saliva, sweat, urine, and blood. These are all salty solutions. We really need salt.
If we want to live optimally healthy lives, we need to eat electron-rich foods . So, eat more green foods.
We should eat about 12-14 grams of salt per day . This is calculated for a person weighing 70 kilos. Your body will let you know if you have too little or too much. If you snack on sugar, your body will scream for more salt. We don't actually crave sugar as we often think.
If you're snacking on sugar, coffee, or something else, drink a glass of water with natural salt (Himalayan salt, pink salt). Within a minute, your cravings will be gone. Your electrons will start flowing, and you'll feel more energized. You'll feel incredibly good without drinking a strong coffee. Salt is the best way to overcome that addiction.
And when we eliminate sodium, we eliminate one of the most important elements the body needs to protect our health. When we sleep, our body is busy eliminating waste products.
In fact, the newest system now taught in medical school is called the glymphatic system . This system functions primarily during REM sleep. During sleep, the brain shrinks. It acts like a sponge, squeezing out its waste to be dumped into the lymphatic system for elimination through the four elimination channels (bowel movement, urine, sweat, and exhalation).
Glymphatic system*** : The glymphatic system was discovered and described in 2013 and named as a waste removal system in the central nervous system.
That's why rest is so important. If we can't achieve that deep sleep, the brain can't shrink and release its waste products into the lymphatic system.
The lymphatic system is the body's sewer system, allowing waste products to be pumped out through skin pores or urination. So the idea that we run on sugar is completely false.
Sugar is a waste product
Sugar is a metabolic waste product, one of the toxins the body immediately tries to eliminate. Sugar is extremely harmful and depletes our energy. I'll explain why shortly.
Bananas rot the same way people do
Let's take a banana, for example. What happens to a banana over time? At first, it's a nice green. Everyone knows that a green banana doesn't taste sweet.
The older the banana gets, the browner it becomes. It develops brown spots. Eventually, you can no longer eat it. It eventually rots. Aging is a kind of fermentation process.

A banana is like a body. We get wrinkles and brown spots, etc. The older it gets, the sweeter it becomes. I don't mean personality, but our chemistry becomes sweeter.
These are all pimples that come from within, with waste products that aren't being eliminated properly. So we don't age, we just get moldy. If you have the flu, a respiratory problem, cancer, or any other health issue, salt is the number one protection against illness. The key is to keep energy flowing. Salt allows energy to flow. Salt brings energy to the cells.
In other words, glucose is becoming a problem, and it's a huge problem in the world. We've been lied to for years that you need sugar for energy.
Sugar and high blood sugar
What happens when your blood sugar gets high? How do you feel? Do you feel lightheaded or dizzy? We're all programmed to believe our brains run on sugar. We think we need sugar to get energy. That's absolutely not true. Our brains are electrical, run on electrons, and need salt. Sugar is a waste product. Sugar destroys the energy in our bodies.
Suppose you have high or low blood sugar, and if you faint, they say you need sugar. That's the exact opposite of what we should do. We should spray salt in our mouths. Drink a glass of salt water. This should release electrons or promote their transport. When you have salt in your body, energy can flow.
Salt and high blood pressure and circulation problems
Many people will wonder if eating salt raises their blood pressure. That's not a salt problem at all, but a circulation issue. Sugar causes cells to stick together. Sugar is sticky, which causes pathological blood clotting. Salt doesn't cause these things. When you eliminate sugar from your diet entirely and increase your salt intake, your circulation will improve. Improved circulation also improves the elimination of waste products. These waste products can be eliminated through my breath and through the pores in my skin.
There are several ways these gases or waste products can be dispersed. If they can't escape, they remain trapped in the interstitial fluid compartments of the interstitium. The interstitium is the body's largest organ.
We shouldn't reduce our salt intake, as they say. We should reduce or, better yet, eliminate sugar from our diet. We should eat a little more salt, which will bring more life, light, energy, and vitality to our bodies.
My research, and what I've been studying for the past 30 years, focuses on how we drink and eat and how this affects our body's internal environment. What you eat or drink will either energize your body or make it feel tired and lethargic.
Now the spiritual side.
If you were to eliminate salt from your diet, your soul would leave your body. Salt is the glue that holds the body and soul together. Salt keeps the spiritual body within the physical body. In Greek, "soul" means salt. The soul is a colloidal connection between what is light and what is physical.
SOUL = SALT
When you add salt to your diet, you begin to die. You can die slowly or suddenly. People who are salt deficient often feel:
-Dull
-Weak
-Headache
-Nauseous
-To be tired
-Concentration problems
-Muscle cramps
-Being absent-minded
-To be confused
-And even walking unsteadily.
-Epileptic seizures (in case of severe deficiency)
-Unconsciousness (in case of severe deficiency).
With a lack of salt you cannot live consciously.
If you want to stay in your body and you want to live a long time then you should avoid sugar and eat a little more salt.
Salt keeps you healthy physically, emotionally and mentally.
In other words: you need salt in your diet. A person weighing 70 kg (154 lbs) needs 12 to 14 grams of unprocessed saline, or sodium, per day. So, organic and free of chemical junk. Salt is therefore one of the most important elements of life. Thus, a new science, a new chemistry, has been discovered.
I've transformed the periodic table into an inverted pyramid. Salt is at the bottom and connects you to your soul . All other elements are created from this. For example, from salt, you create calcium. I've written and studied all the mathematical equations to validate the effectiveness of this process.

Now we are going to do a test where you will see that salt gives energy and sugar does not
Test 1: Plain water
I simply put water in a glass. I put my light meter in the water to see if we have electrons or electrical conductivity. As you can see, the light doesn't glow; it has no apparent electrical concentration in the form of electrons. When you buy batteries, which ones do you usually buy? You buy alkaline batteries.
What that actually refers to is alkalinity, because of the electrical potential. When batteries are activated, this is related to their electron concentration. When batteries are dead, they have lost their electron concentration.
The water I am showing here is actually an electron deficient or acidic water that will not provide any energy or life force to the body.

Test 2: water + salt of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium.
We can energize this water by simply adding salts such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium. By adding this salt, we increase the water's electrical potential and its electrical conductivity, which is what makes my light meter light up.

Test 3: Water + Processed Sugar
Now we're going to add processed sugar to a glass of water. If I add sugar, you'll see that it doesn't become energetic. The light doesn't come on. If I place the light meter next to the glass of salt, the light does come on.

Test 4: water + natural salt
Now I'm going to fill a third glass. This time I'm using a natural mineral salt, unprocessed. There are different types of salt. Most salt you find in stores is processed. It's usually demineralized.
I have a liquid salt here that isn't demineralized. It's a completely natural salt. It contains 72 natural minerals. I spray this salt into the glass of water, and you'll see my light come on immediately.

Test 5: Water + Salt of Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium + Processed Sugar
I now add refined sugar to the glass containing the sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium salts. Imagine the glass of water as representing your body. Once I add the refined sugar, the light stops working. It loses the electrical potential of the water and its electrical conductivity.
The same thing happens in the body. By eating sugar, you don't generate energy; you literally destroy its life force. The more sugar you eat, the less energy you'll have.

The body does react to sugar, but that's because it's very acidic. The body always wants to neutralize all acids. It responds by releasing stored energy to neutralize the sugar. This neutralization requires energy, which is why you get a temporary boost. Therefore, our body releases electrons (or electrical potential) to neutralize the sugar or acids.
So you feel energized for a while because of this chemical recovery process. But you don't feel energized by the sugar. In fact, the sugar poisons our bodies.
