A body with too much acid, toxins, and/or parasites weakens the immune system and hinders its functioning. Stress, sugar, and poor nutrition can weaken your immune system. An immune system only functions optimally in a more alkaline body with sufficient nutrients and fluids.

Any toxic food will weaken all your body's systems. Eat as Mother Nature intended. If Mother Nature didn't create it, don't eat it. You can indulge in something unhealthy every now and then. But maintain a balance.
Your immune system is your defense. Remember this! It's a crucial system because it protects you from illness and causes of death. Only a well-functioning immune system can rid your body of disease. Consider it your best friend.
Your immune system can save your life. So make sure it's always functioning at peak performance.
Don't let regular doctors do it, no matter what they tell you

Your immune system is crucial for your recovery. However, it must function optimally. It's like a car engine. If I damage your car's engine, you can't drive anymore. It's the same with your body. Your immune system needs it to heal all kinds of illnesses.
The body is a perfect organism that can heal itself.
Hospital doctors completely shut down your immune system during cancer therapy. They kill all your cells, because that supposedly kills the cancer cells. But that also happens to the healthy cells. And if all your cells are dead, how can your organs still function optimally? You die from organ failure, not from the cancer itself.

How can your immune system become disrupted, weakened, or blocked?
-Too little sleep, poor sleep pattern (your immune system cannot recover).
-Too much exercise and too little rest (your immune system cannot recover).
-Not getting enough nutrients.
-Not drinking enough pure water.
-Not enough exercise.
-Too little sun
-Candida overgrowth and parasites weaken your immune system,
Not getting outside enough, staying indoors all the time. You need fresh air, light, and sunshine.
-Unprocessed trauma and fear, overloaded mind (your body cannot recover).
Excessive stress (avoid stress, get organized, stand up for yourself, avoid negative thinking, avoid negative relationships, etc.). With chronic stress, your body thinks it's in danger, and you go into a fight-or-flight response. A prolonged fight-or-flight response will make your body sick. This weakens your immune system. We'll explain this in detail in another blog post.
-Engage with people who encourage you and approach you positively. If you feel good around people, stress won't have a chance to become chronic.
Some people don't realize they don't want to heal. They remain in their comfort zone, in a state of pain and illness. They don't take action out of fear or ignorance. It's often unconscious, an emotional and psychological block. Make sure you want to heal 100%. Become aware of this attitude and then take action.
Acidic and toxic foods, such as sugar, junk food, processed meat, too much red meat, alcohol, hard drugs, additives, fluoride, phosphoric acid, white flour, grains, sweeteners, carbonated drinks, and smoking. An acidic body slows down and hinders the functioning of the immune system.
Avoid exposure to heavy metals (found mainly in medicines, vaccinations, but also in some food, air, and care products such as deodorant).

Sugar weakens your immune system. One cola can weaken your immune system for four hours.
-Chemical drugs and vaccinations: anything chemical slows down your immune system.
Chemotherapy is chemical. It contains the mustard gas that Hitler used to attack his enemies. Mustard gas kills all cells, including your immune cells.
-Chemicals you inhale acidify your body and weaken your immune system.
-Additives
-Eat fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs that strengthen the immune system.
We all have control over this. By avoiding these things, we can develop a much stronger immune system.
Without an immune system, you can't heal, recover, or stay healthy. Eat foods that strengthen your immune system.
In theory, it sounds simple, but in practice, it requires discipline and a modified lifestyle. But believe me, it's definitely worth it. Your quality of life will improve. A strong immune system prevents illness.
