In the video, I briefly explain why I chose this colon cleanse recipe. There are different natural methods. My recipe is easy to use , healthy , and safe . It's a gentle way to detox. This is a nourishing colon cleanse. You'll nourish your body with vitamins and minerals.

Recipe NOURISHING colon cleanse

Duration: 1 week (up to 2 weeks). At least 2 weeks is best.

Before you fully detox your body, you need to ensure it has the nutrients it needs. People often start detoxing with nutrient deficiencies, and the process of detoxing causes them to lose even more nutrients.


That's not a safe detox. During detox, your body (your organs) uses nutrients. Make sure you detox safely. The recipe is a gentle, nourishing colon cleanse.

After this nourishing colon cleanse you can start with a liver cleanse

1-Intermittent fasting :

Fasting for 2 or 5 p.m. is a method for cleansing the colon. It also helps the kidneys and liver remove harmful toxins from the body.


What does your organ use to detox?

-Water

-Salty

-Vitamins and minerals

-Fibres

-Enzymes

-Fats


So, if you 're doing intermittent fasting , you do need to drink nutritious beverages . This means that when you're not eating, nutrients still need to enter your body. You do this through beverages.


Provide the body with the nutrients it needs to detox. Without nutrients, your body can't function properly.

Your organs can't detox with water alone. It's not even responsible.


Intense exercise on an empty stomach with water alone or without water is not recommended. Ensure you drink plenty of fluids containing nutrients.


Examples of nutritious drinks include:

-Pure water --> add lemon, or fresh ginger or salt to your water

-Fresh fruit or vegetable smoothies

-Herbal drinks

-Nutritious green teas


-Pure water with pure magnesium powder.

Moringa is very rich in nutrients. It is even used in poor countries to feed people. See the Moringa blog.

Which salt can you use?

-Bamboo salt is purified salt with a pH of 9.9

-Celtic salt and Dead Sea salt have all the minerals present

-Persian blue salt has a higher potassium value


Salt cleanses your body and organs.

Many people don't eat enough pure salt. A person weighing 70 kg (154 lbs) can eat 12 to 14 grams of salt per day. AVOID table salt. Table salt is also found in all processed foods. So be careful.



2-Recipe breakdown of colon cleansing


-In the morning: Mix fresh lemon juice and a pinch of (bamboo or Dead Sea) salt with warm water and drink this in the morning on an empty stomach.


-Afternoon: Triphala + turmeric + honey (+ ginger can also be added)

Triphala is an Ayurvedic herb used for bowel cleansing


-Afternoon: 1 or 2 smoothies per day. Alternate with vegetable or fruit smoothies. You can also experiment with three smoothies. This is for the experienced.


For example, add 1 teaspoon of Moringa powder to your smoothie. Be sure to also add coconut oil or MTC powder to your smoothie. This will provide you with healthy fats. See the colon cleanse blog for recipes.


-Evening: Glass of water with a pinch of (bamboo or Dead Sea) salt


TIP: For those who don't experience detox symptoms quickly, drink two smoothies a day: one fruit and one vegetable smoothie.

You may find that you eat less because you are nourishing your body with plenty of fluids and nutrients.



Nutritional advice during your colon cleanse

During your colon cleanse, it's recommended to avoid certain foods. You should always follow this dietary advice as much as possible. But try to stick to this list during your colon cleanse.


During your colon cleanse, you should ensure you consume healthy proteins, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, fiber, enzymes, water, salt, and exercise. Many people forget about fats and proteins during a detox.


A body can't function properly without the right resources. You could add a teaspoon of coconut oil and moringa powder to your smoothie, as this contains plenty of protein, fat, and amino acids.

-If you have serious kidney, liver or heart problems, consult your doctor

-If you are taking regular medications for serious conditions, consult your doctor



Why do a colon cleanse before all other cleanses?

If you're doing a full body cleanse, it's important to start with the colon cleanse, as this helps you absorb a lot of nutrients. This is due to the smoothies, salt, magnesium, and herbs.


A body can only detox effectively if it has enough nutrients. So, if you consume vegetables, fruit, magnesium, salt, and pure water for two weeks, your organs will be able to detox effectively. After the colon cleanse, you can start a liver cleanse.
